Highly recommend this apartment building — extremely affordable for proximity to light rail and square footage. The property manager, Peter, is exceptional and helped us navigate the transition with great communication.

Just moved in less than a month ago. So far LOVE this place!!!! I cant tell you how amazing these apartments are! Our leasing agent Peter was amazing kept us informed and updated through the whole process. We had a few small issues at move in that were taken care of within a few days and everything is great. The location so close to the light rail and the grocery store is so convenient. If I had to pick one thing to fix would be that there is only one small washer and dryer on each floor.
