I very much agree with another review of their billing practices - beware of their billing practices. They charge an hourly rate of $140 for normal hours and $160 for after hours (after 3pm). They came to do maintenance on my combi boiler ($160) and troubleshoot my hot water not working. After the visit, I was told they would bill me. I got a bill for $320 plus tax. The math didn’t add up so it took numerous emails for them to fix their mistake of overcharging me by $20 for after hours billing. They didn’t apologize and had ... read more

Amazing! Service was impeccable and efficient. Heather explained everything so clearly so I had no trouble at all! Would hire again, 10/10!
Phenomenal job and highly recommended. The timely service provided by Ramas Climate was superb, they arrived on time and communicated clearly the issues and how long it would take. My furnace burned out during the Christmas Holiday and fortunately Ramas was available to consult and help resolve the issue by replacing the unit. This was all done during the holidays and they were able to find a replacement very quickly.
