Horrible service and horrible company This company was contracted to do work for my new pool. They were absolutely the worst to deal with. From missed appointments to nickle and diming for every minute and every thing, they were absolutely horrible to work with. They double charged us for service (similar to the below review) and even failed to provide agreed upon services. Don't trust them!
Terrible… Just terrible! I moved into a home and selected Ramapo Valley Pools because the previous owners used them. What a mistake that was! To say they are dishonest is an understatement. We signed a hefty contract for service. Not only did they not provide the service, but when we called to complain they came back out and CHARGED us again for something we had already paid for!! stay clear.. For several years Ramapo Valley Pool provided us with terrible pool service. Don’t be fooled by a misleading “smile” prior to signing your contract with this company. I am one very unhappy client, would not recomend this company at any price. (Edited August 05, 2013)
