My experience with Ramapo Internist Is awesome and amazing!!!!! I have been with the doctors since I was 16 switched over from my pediatrician. Patient care from the office is excellent. They have given proper patient care on all my physicals what I needed to stay healthy when I had surgeries on certain parts of my body The speed on referrals to my doctors was very fast and accurate. Absolutely awful service. I am definitely switching primaries. They have screwed up multiple times. I still haven't updated my address after telling them six time already.
The place is a dirty, disorganized mess. The old lady at the front desk is rude and unprofessional!
