I recently became a patient at Dr. Merla’s office after a visit to the ER related to heart concerns, and overall, the office staff was excellent. They were able to get me scheduled quickly, which I truly appreciated during a stressful time. Everyone I interacted with at the front desk was professional, friendly, and helpful. Office assistant don’t know what they are doing. And today I got a call from the office manager Denise to tell me that my procedure was canceled and if I didn’t like there service to find another doctor this was four days before my procedure was supposed to happen and all because I left a bad review how professional is that did not even ask why was I unhappy with there service
Very personable. Easy to talk to. Good explanations.
Great patient/doctor relationship.. Office has almost NO wait time, did great on my atrial fib surgery!!! My meds are always ready for me and they always answer the phone!! They REALLY DO CARE about EVERY PATIENT!!!
