Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Give 0 Stars If Possible I would rate this place even lower than 1 star if that was an option. My experience with this clinic was nothing short of frustrating. Customer service is incredibly disappointing. It’s hard to schedule appointments because they never pick up the phone or call back. You literally have to go to the clinic to get someone to speak to! had an appointment with Dr. Tanvi Raman at 1:15 PM, but I was not seen until 3:40 PM — a wait of over 2.5 hours, which is completely unacceptable. During the visit, I clearly asked for a referral to a specialist who accepts my insurance. I specifically emphasized this to avoid wasting time. I was told the referral had been sent, but the specialist’s office never received anything. As a result, I lost an entire month.
