Worst experience ever. I am very disappointed with the service provided by Raman Sindhu. Communication was poor throughout the process. She only contacted me when she needed something and rarely kept me updated or responded proactively. I felt unsupported and had to follow up myself for information. Better communication and client care would greatly improve the experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

**TLDR:** Avoid if you value a good home-buying experience. As first-home buyers, we expected a decent experience purchasing our first home. Area Specialists—especially Pardeep Singh and Raman Sidhu—turned what should have been an exciting process into weeks of stress and unnecessary cost.
