I had a great experience with Dr. Madan. He was responsive, respectful, and took the time to listen to my concerns. I take an experimental medication, and he went above and beyond by researching it and communicating directly with my prescribing physician to ensure we were aligned on monitoring and care. His thoroughness and dedication to patient care were greatly appreciated.
I understand some of the concerns raised in other reviews after my own experience. Communication about the treatment plan and follow-up expectations was unclear, which left me frustrated and uncomfortable with the overall care experience. I recently had an experience with Dr. Madden that I found to be quite disappointing. I was referred for PRP treatment to freshen up under my eyes and on my forehead, but the entire process left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. From the start, communication was lacking. Dr. Madan is extremely professional and provides great patient centered care. He is supportive and his team is great at accomadsting his patients needs!
My experience with Dr. Madan and his nurse, Lauren, during my biopsy procedure was professional and efficient. However, the complete lack of follow-up and disregard for patient care after the procedure is absolutely unacceptable. It has now been over four weeks, and despite multiple calls and messages, I have received no response regarding my biopsy results.
