Front desk was rude. Rooms and halls cold. Childrens activity pool broken and freezing. Nails sticking out of the woodwork in the hall. Rooms not as described. Rooms smelled like smoke. Hot tub water was brownish. Pile of steal reserve cans outsid the back entry doors.
Are heater was broken (It’s -5 outside) No elevator, Stains on furniture, toilet was disgusting, pillows weren’t full sized
