There is no option to chose 0 stars or i would have. One of the worst hotels ever, super dirty rooms, linens, pool, restrooms, mini fridge. We had to be switched twice from rooms because rooms were just so dirty. The continental breakfast consists of expired food, ( this was told to us from an employee, ) didn't plan to eat there in the first place. We had to ask for clean linens, my husband and I had to redo the bed ourselves, there is no housekeeping available, and we had to clean entire room and mini fridge that was full ... read more
It is now the Hampton inn in Ruidoso Downs. Complete renovation and looks great. Worth the stsy
