Very disappointing stay Our stay was extremely disappointing. We arrived at 2:45 pm and were told our room was not ready due to an air-conditioning issue and to return in an hour. When we did, the air conditioning still did not work. We requested another room but were told this was not possible. A portable unit was eventually delivered late at night, but it only blew air and was useless in 38-degree heat. The room has no Aircon in the bedroom and the one in the lounge is suppose to keep the bedroom cool. It gets hot in the room and we had to use a standing fan which was not effective. There was spider in the room and the sofa had ear buds left behind from previous guests. The carpet had a tear. When asked to change the room, the staff was unaccomodating and asked for upgrade fee. Was refused another room despite availability of rooms. Expensive and no value for money except location.
