better service, make sure rooms and the appliances are in working order before someone checks into it. It took a little over 2 hours for someone to fix the TV so it would work. Had to ask three times to get someone to come fix it. The phone was also not in working order.
Recommendedthe bar/restaurant staff are very accommodating and helpful. the atmosphere is very quiet and nice, and a safe space. the food and drinks are very delicious and are reasonably priced.

Don't waste your money! Air conditioners didn't work, and we get offered a discount and the manager can't even show up when she's scheduled to see to it that it happens. If I could give a zero star review I would. Staff was nice but the hotel itself is horrible.
Tried contacting them to plan an event. Two people were no longer working there after I had spoke to them within the last two months. Our information must not have been passed to the next people taking over. Messages never get returned....left multiple voicemails and no call backs or contact. Would not recommend if you are looking to plan an event.
