I rented from this company for 2 years. They are neither helpful nor convenient. You are just a number. They were very sloppy and cheap with repairs. Their rents are not cheap either. I guess if you are desperate maybe but other wise save the money and headache go somewhere a little more expensive that will treat you like a human being.
They are a good company to rent from and Victor is very helpful. I have rented from them since 2020, I’ve only had to call once but, when I did, they sent someone to resolve the issue right away. The only cons are that they only take payments in person by check or money order. No online bill pay options or Zelle. The other is my rent has gone up $450/mth in the last 2 years.
I really enjoy renting from these guys. If anything goes wrong it gets fixed.
