I arrived around midnight after a long day of travel before a work function the next day. I went to check into my room and was told that they had oversold the hotel, and no room was available, and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. Again to reiterate, I had a valid reservation made well in advance, but they didn’t have a room to give me. It's a great hotel for the price. Restaurant downstairs is pretty good. Ate there twice during a 4 night stay.
