They staff was polite, I had no problem with the staff. The first room I was given, the key didn't work. I was given a second room and turned out that the heat didn't work. I tried not to let that bother me since I was there for a few hours until my morning flight. When I woke up, I was brushing my teeth and there was 2 roaches in the tub. I grabbed my items and I left as fast as possible. Right now I'm recovering from a terrible cold from sleeping in such a cold room.
Priceline deal I booked inflight because my flight was delayed I was too tired to drive back to Asheville from Charlotte. RUN AND FIND ANOTHER HOTEL. Omg The lady at the front desk is super rude and robotic. Ramada? Clarion? Radisson? Nobody really knows. Please avoid this place at all costs. Looks like the place we actually booked ran away as well. This trifecta of absolute garbage will have your nose on high alert. Entering the hallway to our room, it looks as if the carpet was trying to peel itself away from the floor and run away as well. After entering our outhouse the smell was as expected poopoop doodoo. I've smelled better stables.
