Had a phenomenal stay at the Ramada in Regina. Really comfortable rooms and the underground parking was nice for downtown. We visited the lounge for dinner and drinks and also enjoyed the food. Was great to sit by the fireplace! Thanks Brad for the great personal service. Definitely recommend!
The downtown area seemed a little dicey.
I booked a stay for my friend and his family, but the experience was unsatisfactory. Despite being told the $15 parking fee could be waived at checkout, they were unexpectedly charged $20 with no explanation. When they arrived, the room smelled unpleasant and had not been cleaned. No housekeeping had been done before serving new guests so my friend had to clean it himself.
