This hotel has a beautiful atmosphere the service and people amazing. I loved my supper at kookies lounge. The food was amazing I had the tappis. The room was so clean and room temp perfect. And my baby loved the bed (pet friendly).
Staff here are rude. Only bad experience here was dealing with the front desk workers. Went there for one night. Late check in and early checkout. On the phone when I booked the reception said I will get a room with a sofa. When I got there she didn't know if pets were allowed on floor 8. She was nice until her supervisor arrived. Her supervisor came and she said only floor 6. So I said ok does my room still have a sofa on floor 6. She said neither of the rooms had sofas. WOW! What a place to stay at. Great staff, nice pool and gym, clean rooms. Definitely stay here again.
