Downtown high rise hotel. Underground parking was 15/day but handy. Pool area was nice. Breakfast for a charge.
Look it's an amazing hotel with a wonderful staff and fantastic food and drink options. Rooms are huge and comfortable with absolutely no odors or any thing to make you feel like you're living in someone else's space. I would give 10/10 recommendations BUT I booked this specific hotel for the hot tub and it was out of order. Absolutely no fault of any staff or the hotel but still reflects my experience and my stay, everything else was perfect but not being able to enjoy the reason I booked was a let down. Amazing Service provided by the receptionist. Really helpful and quick services. Everything was really clean and managed. Friendly staff and always ready to help.
Avoid this hotel like the plague. People are allowed to scream and yell in the hallways and rooms at all hours. If you can even reach front desk or security you will learn they don't care. This hotel has given up. Unless you like feeling unsafe, don't stay here.
