Key cards for the rooms had issues, but it was great otherwise!
Hotel was clean and felt safe. After online check out I was prompted by property for a tip for staff. I do not appreciate being prompted by the company for a tip. If I tip, I tip in cash and in person. I am 100% over subsidizing wages for companies based on tips. Please pay your staff appropriately.
The room was clean and well equipped. The recreation, pool and laundry were beautiful. It worked well to do laundry and workout at the same time.
Came for a conference. Had to park across the road in the parking lot as I wouldn’t dare try to put a truck in the underground parking. The room was nice but the thermostat was acting up. It was hot in the room, despite being set to 69F. The large fan attached to the wall would not turn off, so it was blowing constantly through the night.
