Stayed at Ramada downtown for the Labour day weekend. Location isn't great but easy to walk to Mosaic stadium. The room is very dated and dirty. Stains on the walls in the bathroom. The whole bathroom needs a redo. The phone, we checked is from 2006. The elevator is slow and one was out of service. Fyi if you have a truck, underground parking is very tight. Beds were comfy but we will not stay here again.

My hubby and I stayed here for three nights. He had originally booked the two story suite. It was great - too much for me and my hubby for sure - but for business and pleasure mixed together, this hits the spot. BUT the AC unit had been leaking...so the spiral wooden staircase was essentially under water. The front desk supervisor was very pleasant and showed us their 'pentgouse suite', now this was perfect! Thanks to Josh and the front desk team, as well as your online team. I’ve never checked in before online, that was cool and I look forward to tryin it again. I got the room and the quiet side of the hotel like I wanted.

Beautifully spacious room! Very clean Hotel with great breakfast included. Would have liked to have the hot tub working but still had fun in the pool. Definitely coming back again:-)
