Clean room, good service. Good breakfast facility would be nice to have.
Ho soggiornato molte volte in questa catena di hotel ed è la prima volta che trovo un abbandono nel servizio e nella struttura. Reception di una lentezza unica, sala ristorante chiusa per la colazione servita in camera con 45 minuti di ritardo, moquette ai piani sporca e rovinata con difficoltà di trascinamento della vigilia. Intorno persone abbandonate e nessuna presenza di controlli nonostante fossimo in centro città.
