First of all, when we went to our room the door was open. We went inside then I tried closing the door, I had to force the door to close it. Also opening the door with a key card was hard, I have to lift up the door handle for the key card to work. I asked the front desk about the issue and the lady in the front desk knew that there was a problem with the door, so I asked her if she can move us to different room and she said there is no more room available, I checked online there are 3 more rooms available. We always stay at Wyndham whenever we travel, but this trip was extra special because we received an upgrade! When we checked in, the manager, Natasha, informed us that there had been an error with our booking. Rather than simply apologizing, the team took ownership of the mistake and upgraded us from one room to two adjoining rooms.
