Make sure you don’t leave anything in the room hoping you will get it back if you forget it there. My shoes were behind the room chair. Just a day after I called and they didn’t see anything lol. Breakfast is tasteless too
Called to ask if I could cancel a room and get my money back, they ensured me my card wouldn’t be charged, so i cancelled and they charged me anyways and won’t give me my money back.

This hotel is under construction and I was awoken during my stay at 12:30am by workers. I am not joking. 12:30am. I asked them to stop. They don’t. I go to the front desk and the manager did not offer an apology but for me to pack my bags and move rooms at 12:30am. I said that unacceptable. He said there is nothing he can do. So I went back to my room and didn’t sleep the rest of the night in rage and them still working till 2am. Also the showers have 1 temperature which is boiling hot. See video.
Very nice place to stay. Quiet and comfortable. Close to all the historical places in Ottawa.
