DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU SUFFER FROM DIABETES OR OTHER ILLNESS THAT REQUIRES KEEPING YOUR MEDS IN A FRIDGE. THERE WAS NO FRIDGE IN MY ROOM SO I ASKED THEM TO KEEP MY MEDS IN THEIR OFFICE FRIDGE UNTIL I GET ONE IN MY ROOM. ON THE 2ND DAY THEY PUT MY MED IN THE FREEZER!!! THE MEDICINE I NEED TO INJECT DAILY WAS FROZEN, RUINED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (PHOTO ATTACHED) THEY FINALLY GOT ME A FRIDGE ON THE 3RD DAY. 3 DAYS WAITING FOR A FRIDGE IS UNACCEPTABLE. Shower need to be fixed Some other things they need to improve
The rooms are centrally controlled so the rooms are freezing. When I called the front desk to request a heater they said that they had been given out to other rooms already - so obviously it is too cold! Absolutely ridiculous.
Great place to stay in the heart of Calgary! The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the location makes it easy to explore the city. A really enjoyable and convenient experience
