Hotel was clean and staff friendly. But our room was 25 degrees! We turned off the thermostat, opened a window (-5 lows), and we still had to sleep on top of the covers. Might be a problem in that room! Staff in the pub was AMAZING! We were going to the Jubilee and were going to drive. But she helped us figure out the C-trains including which one and where! Way simpler And certainly above and beyond for her. Valets were great too. Friendly and polite. And the price of $20/night was very reasonable!
Did not enjoy my time here, room was hot, thier fix was a fan. Receptionist wasn’t very helpful. Did give me another room that was just as hot so I just dealt with, won’t be staying there again
Room was lovely and clean. Shout out to Kate for her work making this happen, great job.
Rooms are a little outdated. But clean. Staff were friendly. Kind bad part of down town.
