This place is a dump. Plain and simple, it's a roof and a bed. If you can afford a nicer place you shouldn't stay here. Also, we arrived early and we're tired from traveling on a motorcycle so we requested an early check-in.... Cost us $20 extra for a room that was already clean and ready to go. I will say the gal at the front desk was very friendly and helpful though.The AC didn't come close to cooling the room and there isn't a screen on the glass sliding door. I won't stay here again. Great location, hospitality was really nice, room was clean. Only complaint would be regarded the wifi, the connection speed was low, barely enough to watch a few videos on Facebook before shutting down
Not family friendly. I stopped with a potty training child and a terrible woman at the front desk denied us access to the bathroom and threatened to call the poice
Any time I am in the monument area I always stay at this hotel. It is very unique place. The outside entrances make it feel like a little apartment and very private as well. The views of Pike's Peak from the hotel are breath taking. I always receive great customer service when i visit and always enjoy the free breakfast. Ramada Monument will always be my go to places to stay when I am in Monument
