I put one star because I can't put zero stars. We're in it now. The room stinks like an ashtray and its non-smoking, the TV does not work, all te coffe stuff has been opened. The pool that is advertised is green and locked up. At check in none of this was disclosed at checkin.. i would not recommend at all
Location was fine however they charged us an extra $40 stating the linens and mattress had been wet. We had been swimming the night before but obviously dried off and didnt sleep wet. I called and talked to the property and asked about the charge. He stated that the linens had been wet and stained and were no longer usable. When I asked how they were stained he wouldn't answer just kept stating over and over it was wet. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. BOOKED A NON SMOKING ROOM BUT WAS GIVEN A ROOM THAT STINKS WITH SMOKE. VERY POOR MANAGED HOTEL AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYBODY
