Room was very nice but, pool was under construction and none of the room safes have keys

booked hotel so kids could swim. after settling in found out pool was closed. only question I asked when reserving was wanting to use pool. when questioned I was basically told me we could leave. not cool.
Me and my husband lovednour stay at the ramada! We had a king suite woth hot tub. The room personally was great, comfortable bed, clean, and plenty of towels and amenities. Only problem was the halls smelled bad from the pool and a few structural blemishes. But overall I loved our stay.
