Harman and staff were excellent as they were able to fulfill our requests and give us information on the surrounding area. Rooms and common area were clean and the gym was significantly better than others within this price range.
When we arrived there was an issue with our booking due to the third party booking site we used. Darwin was at the front desk and he was able to quickly solve the problem. He went above and beyond for us. Great customer service.
Room was covered in blood and snot on the pillows- it was a bio hazard and all they did was suggest a 15% discount no refund don’t stay here unless you want to feel dirty. The manager needs to be an adult and talk to his staff to clean better! My name is hidden for privacy! I will be contacting health services
Nice hotel. Staff was friendly. Rooms were large and welll appointed. Nice hot tub and pool. Very nice breakfast included in price. Would recommend if staying in Golden.
