Quality Rooms, kind of loud though I stayed here on the way to San Diego and was actually excited to have a room facing the indoor courtyard. I shouldn't have been, the courtyard was loud and obnoxious. When I complained about the noise I got the typical "sorry can't help you" even though it was 11pm. Good room, but overall I had an uncomfortable night. PROS: Rooms, Cleanliness CONS: NOISE

the rudest people I have ever met in my life. – There is a witch looking lady with a receeding hairline at the check-in desk who is so snobby and rude, I almost could not rest there. She had raised her voice.at me. We went during Mardi Gras season so We thought people there were maybe more laidback???? I guess she just hates her job because she looked absolutely dreadful and aggravated and depressed.
