We stayed here over spring break and we were there the first day this hotel was officially Greentree Inn. I had booked with Ramada a few months in advance, and was never told this hotel would change. When I checked in, I paid the full amount for our week stay. No one still mentioned the transition. The day the change happened it snowed heavily, we had a hard time finding our hotel in the snow and dark and was relying on the signs yet there wasn't one for Ramada. The location of Ramada Flagstaff West near the NAU campus couldn't be better. Within minutes of downtown and the campus, it offers easy access to all you could want to do in Flag! The staff were friendly and efficient, and check in was no hassle.
Good rooms for a good price. They were very accommodating for our group before and after the Grand Canyon
