The hot tub was not very hot half the jets where not working and the pool was not very warm the lights where not on in the pool also there was a light above the hot tub that was coming out of the ceiling and the pool and hot tub had a very strong chlorine smell too. We went to lay down for the night and there was people yelling outside our window and the people jumping around above us
This place is underrated. Spent three nights here, including a weekend night. It was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was OK. I was taken back buly the inclusion of diced ham when they ran out of sausage links. The waffles were the best part. The pool is great overall, but the Sunday we stayed the pool area was outside air temp (mid-40s) and the pool was cold too due to being refilled Sunday morning. It was back to normal Monday! Best hotel in the Dells! No Weed smells. Cleaner than Granny’s and grandpas house. No cigarettes smells either. Quiet and clean!!
Very helpful staff, clean and comfortable stay.
