Our room with hot tub was ok. When we started the heater/ac unit, there was a very strong musty smell. I immediately turned it off and pulled the plastic screen filters on the front of it. They were coated with dust and danger. I rinsed them off, let them dry and put them back in. I recommend that the staff should do this to every room every six months or so. The rooms are not cleaned after each guest. The linens were dirty and had hair from previous guest. Staff disregarded my complaint. Avoid this place.

The staff is outstanding! They were fast, friendly and efficient. The room was fine. Like all hotel rooms. I came to play in the pool, but the room was too cold! The pool area, hot tub and sauna looked fabulous! But with an outdoor temperature of 10 degrees, it was hard to keep it warm... This was the only negative I had to say about the hotel.
