The hotel is very affordable and the services are really good for the price.The breakfast is complimentary and everything is fresh. They had enough food to cater all.The staff was helpful.The rooms were clean.
I would not recommend it at all. The hotel clerk, when we checked in, was very rude, with no sense of customer service. The toilet was dirty. There was a stain on the fitted sheet, and the racks were broken. Their breakfast was far from appetizing, with stale bread and hard rock sausages. Their gym and pool are horrible. For like $276/ night, the room did not meet the standard I had hoped for. This is a great hotel. It has some corners, primarily with the gym and the small breakfast, but this place is fantastically clean, has very comfy furnature and beds, a good bathroom and TV Service, and very friendly staff, who will ask YOU if you need anything. The 24 hour gym is small, has no wipes and no water, but a respectable set of free weights. We went to the Dells for the attractions. It isn't a destination hotel, but the location was spectacular, the rooms were clean (saw them carpet cleaning rooms daily also), and the staff was extremely friendly. Great stay!
I mean, it's a place to sleep. Not much for amenities. The best part is it's right next to the outlet mall and the biggest Kwik Trip I have ever seen.
