Hotel disgusting Rooms disgusting Floor was wet, bed was damp Train woke everyone around 4am I now understand why this is the only hotel in this area of town and why there are only two people staying here If you are going to stay here,and you'd only do that because of the price, I recommend being up to date with all your shots.

The only way they get any 3 stars is because of the friendliness of the reception ladies. The rooms are disgusting, filthy. Completely dusty with dead bugs at the sides of the bed.Hair still on the bathroom floor, room looks like it was never cleaned. Blood on the sheets which we didn't notice until the next morning. I get that renovations are happening, but the rooms aren't getting upgraded by the looks of it. The smell in the room was terrible. Cigarette butts all outside the balcony floor. We booked a room here based off the pictures online of the hotel and reviews I saw at that time online. We got there and checked in. The place is pretty disgusting. We went to our room and left for a drive right away to think out our decision. The place is torn apart and very smelly like cigarette smoke and wet dirty carpet. Rooms are horrible ...I get they are in repair but maybe shut down while everything is so torrn apart the service sucked put in 2 orders for breakfast and only got one the cleaning lady was the only friendly face in the whole hotel the staff members were vaping in the hotel they made me buy the blanket because of some blood on it that can be removed

There are current renovations happening, which is NOT my complaint. Sheets on bed were dirty, pillows were yellow, and bathroom ceiling was dirty/bumpy/sticky. ( I should not have touched the ceiling, that's on me). Location is convenient and the gentleman who checked us in actually upgraded us to a balcony room, but based on how dirty the room was, we literally paid for it, checked in, and then left and stayed at the Quality Inn across town. I would not have left my pet here.
