I had a great experience with Preet at the front desk. Even though she was briefly locked out of the system, she remained calm and was not frustrated at all. She handled everything professionally, kept a positive attitude, and made the process smooth. The pool and breakfast were also enjoyable, making the stay even better. Excellent customer service!
