Gave 2 separate rooms one at each end of building. Temperature was difficult to manage.
Très bel hotel, bien équipé. L'accueil est très bien, le personnel est sympa et agréable. Le lit est douillet et confortable. La propreté est impeccable. L'emplacement par rapport au centre-ville de Westlock est raisonnable si on dispose d'un véhicule. Sinon c'est un peu éloigné à pied. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai passé un bon séjour. Merci bien, bravo et bonne continuation.
We were running behind in the morning house keeping was completing there rounds they knocked on the door we said we needed rooms cleaned the room attendant said he would make an exception to come back and clean our rooms most places we've stayed say deal with it after they complete there rounds these employees along with staff go abo e and beyond
