Unfortunate event happened with house keeping. We forgot our expensive pillow in the bed while checking out, after we noticed the next day we contacted the hotel and they could not find the pillow, the room was not rented out so the only people in the room was housekeeping. Obviously they stole our pillow. This turned a positive experience into a negative event. Very sad.
Overall not the best stay, stayed 4 nights and cleaning staff didn’t come in once. Garbage was full and had to ask for towels. Needs some work and attention to detail.
The cable box is in this this the TV is on. Its poorly placed and not user friendly. The hotel is awesome.
Rooms were very clean and the hotel was quiet. Front desk was very polite and helpful. Stay here for our a soccer tournament
