I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The property was extremely dirty, especially the lobby restroom, which was unsanitary and appeared not to have been cleaned. I did not feel safe letting my son stay there because of the poor cleanliness. We decided not to check in and had to book another hotel at our own expense. This experience was very disappointing, and I hope the hotel improves its cleanliness and hygiene standards so other families do not have the same experience.

Very bad experience here for my husband and I for our partial honeymoon. Toilet wasn’t flushing(my husband fixed it), no smoke alarm, shampoo and conditioner looked used, only 1 towel and 1 floor towel (for a double bed room), no washcloths, took HOURS to get another towel, the room phone did not work, the room door was very hard to open/close, and had to wait 20 minutes at the front desk for a blanket because the ones on the bed were paper thin! The hotel was okay, the location was perfect. The staff were great! Not having any on site breakfast was a bummer. Even though it said they did when we booked.

When I got to our room on Friday June 19th there was a fridge in the middle of the room.. I reserved a King on a top floor we got 2 queen beds in the 2nd floor, the bathtub had not been cleaned, the curtains did not open and we’re filthy you couldn’t see out because the sliding doors dirty, WORST EVER DIRTY HOTEL
