It was disappointing experience, the front office not professional, one of them called Deliesha disrespect us with pulling shouting and trying her best to cancel our reservation and kick us out with very rude attitude, the person who identified himself as a general manager was participating with her in sarcastic at us and laughing loudly I will never go back to this hotel again
Perfect beach front location. Anna at the front desk is very nice and accommodating. Great customer service!
First room: phone didn’t work, shower wouldn’t turn off. Maintenance’s came to fix it and couldn’t. Left shower taken apart, ceiling exposed, said front desk would update us. They changed shifts and no one knew anything. Had to demand to change rooms because they weren’t doing anything. Second room: tv didn’t work. Found previous guests medicated ointment on the floor by the bed (gross). Was told our checkout was extended to noon but they called us at 11 saying no one knew and checkout was at 11.
