The balcony offers a nice ocean view and the rooms are clean and bug-free. The staff also doesn’t pester you which is great. However, the stay isn't worth the price: beds are hard, and the elevators are unsettling with their squeaking and clicking. Amenities were insufficient for our group of three, despite booking for four. Additionally, one ladies' room stall was out of order, parking is difficult, and the water was cold in the heated pool. This place needs a lot of work. The room itself was just ok. The rug was dirty, and room was not not cleaned that well.Ther was not hot water in the shower. The lobby had a very bad leak. Only one elevator so the wait was long. I spoke to several guests and the had no water and when we left we had not water.

Not sure about the ocean front hotel side but the outside moldy, dirty, smelly , nasty motel across the street is DISGUSTING!!! I will be posting pics anywhere allowed. I'll start with the thing behind the front desk sweating profusely while doing nothing... Keys didn't work. Had to go back across the street. I immediatly reported the room was filthy out front with matted weave , cups, cigarette butts, old receipts and a Skittles candy bag. Night one when we returned to the dump it appeared the front area had been ssweating ... read more
