Had a pleasant stay staff at front desk was amazing check in process was extremely easy and breakfast staff amazing
We were very pleased with our stay. The check in was easy and Gabriel was very nice and welcoming!!! The room was very clean plenty of hot water for showering the towels were very soft and clean the bed was so comfortable. We will definitely be back we come to tampa 2 to 3 times a year for Conferences at The River at Tampa Bay Church and this will be our new place to stay!!! Thank you oh and the IHop right next to hotel was excellent ❤️
Room had roaches, it was disgusting, after complaining , they gave us another Room which had ants in the bathroom the bathtub paint was peeling. Spoke to manager he acted like it was a normal thing to have roaches in the room . No compensation was giving, Would not recommend
The plan was to stay a day but stayed a whole week. Great Customer Service, room was clean and smelled good. Will be back!
