We could hear ppl next door clearly. Not great experience for 300+ dollars for a night.
I called for reservation to central number 10 pm till 1.11 Am 3 times they pu me on hold as irate was given me $153 as a special rates for king bed but after that cal disconnect and again called but i didn't get proper response..my date was 14th July check-in for 5 nights poor service
Would probably not recommend staying here just given that the ant problem was so bad they were in our bed in the morning. Our room was clean, no food left out, ants were on the floor, bed frame and bed. Staff appeared to know it was an issue and was pretty meh about it. Compensation after complaint was so insignificant that they must have known. It was our last night so I will give them that one because we didn't want to make a fuss when we noticed the day before but ants in the bed was where we draw the line. Room was clean... read more
