The employees we interacted with both on the phone and in person were friendly and helpful, and we did find the beds comfortable. However, the consensus among the families we were traveling with as part of a sports team was the rooms were not clean to the standard one would expect of a hotel. For us, small stray hairs in the bed and on a towel were the main concern. Got to the hotel to check in the front desk lady was very nice. Got into the hotel room looked for a bottle of water as there is usually two complementary waters in the room in a room didn’t see any when I asked was told I have to buy them wich I think is really disappointing. went to go into the jacuzzi tub right away when I noticed the blinds were broken so I had to stand exposed to try to close them. as I started to run the bath the water pressure was really low and hot water took forever to kick in It took about 30mins o... read more
