Facility has had some renovations since my last visit, good value for the location. Rooms are clean and desk is open 24 hours. Staff was helpful and even provided a good recommendation for take out pizza.
DO NOT LODGE in this hotel if you don't want to be insulted and embarrassed. This hotel has most unfriendly, unprofessional and rude customer service in town. I booked a room here about a month ago, I arrived late from another province through the airport. Upon arrival, the rude girl at the reception just asked me to sit down and wait for her to finish her break. He went outside and was busy discussing and laughing with her male friend(poor reception). My stay here was pleasant enough. The swimming pool and breakfast were below average, but room was above average. ********Attention******** But the most important bit is I am 100% sure my credit card was stolen and charged at a university bookstore by the front reception staff. I have this foriegn credit card that I keep as an emergency back up and never use.
