I keep calling the front desk for almost 40 minutes no one answered. I did get connected 3 times and they just hang up on me. I took uber to the hotel and ask the lady in the front desk why no one to answer my phone call and she answered me that she was the only one in the front desk and there is too many guess arrival. I said to her at least answer my phone not hang up on me 3 times she could just answer and I will tell her need pickup at the airport. The beds and floors seemed clean, which I appreciated, and the location was convenient for traveling near the airport. However, the overall maintenance of the hotel could definitely use some improvement. The room appeared a bit outdated and in need of renovation. The ceiling had some wet and moldy areas, and the AC unit was very old and quite noisy throughout the stay. There were also a few spiders and tiny bugs in the room, which made things a little uncomfortable. The staff did replace the towels when requested, but some s... read more
