this motel is fully under construction which was not disclosed at time of booking
The only thing is that the room didn’t have a closet or anywhere to hang your clothes, iron & ironing board either. Hotel looks like a war zone in the front but rooms were ok
While renovations are for the purpose of improving the guest experience, it should be disclosed that amenities included with your room rate would be unavailable during your stay at the time you make your reservation and your rate compensated for that should you choose to continue with your stay and not hidden. A newly renovated room should not have old stained curtains. Thankfully there is still a friendly helpful staff.
Should this hotel even be open right now while being "renovated"? It looks horrible from the outside; there is plastic hanging all over the place in the inside; the pool, business center, and bar are all closed; there are literally pieces of paper and/or pieces of tape attached to the guest room doors with the room numbers on them; etc. The room that we were put in was OK, but in spite of the fact that there were only about 5 cars in the parking lot, there was someone in the adjoining room who left their TV on and blaring al... read more
