Très bon séjour. Literie très confortable, tout le matériel nécessaire, on ne manque de rien. Le personnel est à l'écoute et sont vraiment là pour les clients de l'hôtel. Peu de bruits (on vit en société, un moment il s'agit d'être tolérant aussi, beaucoup de gens se plaignent pour rien dans les commentaires et ont exagéré le bruit de cet hôtel). They were nice enough to give us our room early. The rooms are clean and very spacious. There's also a very cute dove soap in the bathroom.
Today we recieved a call from Ramadan hotel that they want to cancel our confirmation of booking. They just confirmed and accepted our booking last month of May 2025 but today is July 2025 and informing us that our booking was cancelled. This was really an unacceptable!!! there reason is there is someone that been book with the same day and time on our day since last year. We had 4 crews staying here for a month. The staff was always friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate your needs. I can say, some of our guys are not the easiest to please. I had the pleasure of meeting with the manager there, Maria Afonso. In spite of the hotel being full during this heavy tourist season, Maria and her staff were always available with a smile to look after our needs.
