This place is a dirty overpriced dump. Mold all over the rooms. No water pressure. Dirty and stained covers on the beds. Lobby smells like pee every morning for 10 mornings straight. Drywall is cracking into the shower and show curtains don't stop water from getting onto the floor and walls making the mold worse. Shower rod is almost falling off in every room. Black mold on the shower curtains. Owners turn off your AC in your room when you are gone so you come back to a hot room.

Disappointed in our stay here for the price we paid ($250+). Seems like a place where management does the minimum because they know places in Okoboji are limited in summer. Breakfast had brown bananas one day and no fruit the next. Room air conditioner turned down to 63 to get room to 70. Both nights involved people staying there yelling and running the halls between 12:30-3:00a. Beds were comfy but that was about it.

No complaints about the room, you get what you pay for. BUT be careful of extra charges not disclosed! Never in my life, have I heard of a hotel charging me an extra $40, because I had used their towels. Never! Insane! If I didn’t check my account, I would had never known they charged me. I know times are hard and your hotel is not busy, but please, stop with all these ridiculous non authorized charges. You’re welcome for the donation. Would not recommend and never staying at again.

Lied to us. Booked 3 rooms direct in October for June vacation. 18 days prior to trip, tried to cancell 1 room. Was told I needed to cancell 30 days in advance, even though email says 48 hours. He told me that starting in March they told everyone 30 days to cancell. I said I booked in October. Didn't matter, not giving money back. Hot tub has been removed. Certainly DO NOT RECOMMEND.
