Beds are comfortable! Housekeeping staff are very helpful and nice. The front desk guy seems to be owner/manager—super stingy. I asked him for a new box of tissues bc ours ran out after like 2 tissues. He hands me fast food restaurant napkins and says he doesn’t usually get colds so he doesn’t stalk up on tissues lol. Also, asked him for coffee one night as we had stayed for four nights and we ran out. They don’t keep coffee out in the lobby. The clerk wouldn’t let my Son check in, Wyndham rewards made the reservation in my name and the clerk made it impossible for my son to check in. He demanded a call from customer service and when they called he then wanted an email from Wyndham rewards department which was closed. This was completely unnecessary, and forced my sun who just had surge and needed a private bathroom to wait in the car for hours, before being forced to find another hotel.
