Room was hot! TV did not work. They did put me on another room and everything was fine. Hallway was warm too.
Ramada in Hewitt advertises as good location - location is off a very busy, heavy traffic during weekdays. Room 113 was dark outdated decor, floor had a sticky surface, two different floorings with missing tile pieces, furniture surfaces were dusty, sink and microwave dirty. The only thing that was worth mentioning was the shower pressure, bathroom Dove products provided and comfortable bed. The indoor pool was under maintenance, so we couldn’t enjoy it. The room that was reserved we didn't get, then the water to the shower didn't work, the indoor pool was closed, we had to be moved to a different room, which wasn't too bad..Just the smell of urine was a little off putting. Breakfast was ok..the coffee was cold so I mean...at least the food was hot. Staff was nice though.
