Aside from the general shabby and un-cared for nature of the building, there were specific examples of neglect and deterioration in the room. It was noisy and the conversations in the rooms on either side and in the hallway were clear. The view was of the parking garage and every car door and tire screech was loud in the room. The front desk was unorganized. The person was either confused or rude. Told me I couldn’t pay with my card and that I would have to get cash. After returning from the bank, they told me they weren’t allowed to do cash transactions. Never got my deposit back. Terrible place

Hotel management is sketchy. Put me in a sketchy side of the building where my safety was at risk and refused to move me into a safer room. Additionally, I requested a copy of my reservation details or any documentation confirming my stay and associated charges and staff member refused stating it would not be possible until checkout. What?? Disappointing, weird, and ultimately concerning. Not to mention certain staff members are volatile and moody. Would not recommend unless management has a way to reconcile.

The staff I interacted with seemed abrupt and unfriendly. When I asked about a late checkout as a rewards member, the first staff member focused on repeating the standard checkout time instead of explaining whether an extension was possible. I later received a 30‑minute extension from a different staff member, but the inconsistency was frustrating. Loyalty program benefits only build trust when they are applied consistently.
