They do not clean you're rooms and they give you pillow covers that are dirty the carpet has stains and if you complain about housekeeping they do absolutely nothing also my pair of raybans went missing and I forgot my iron bracelet when I checked out so I called and asked if they found it to call me so I could pick it up but I have not heard anything
This place is outdated and dirty. The jacuzzi is so small you would have to be a baby to get in it. The towel on the jacuzzi was dirty and there was hair on the ledge where the jacuzzi is. The counter where the sink is had coffee stains from the last guest which told me they had not been wiped down. There was toothpaste on the wall and some unknown substance on the rail by the tissue. The microwave stand had a thick film of dust on it which also told me it hadn't been wiped in a while. The shower is so small that I had to da... read more
