A decidedly forgettable property, nowhere close to what you might expect from the brand. Chairs in the sitting area are especially cheap. No carpet. No hook in the bathroom. Toilet is too low for handicap/elderly and breakfast as especially disappointing. The price and location worked well for us but everything in honky tonk OOB is overpriced
Sister in law made a reservation at 10 pm last friday and quickly realized she reserved the wrong date so she corrected it within 10 minutes.they charged her for a full day claiming it was a cancelation and she was being charged for a whole day.they refused to refund the money even tho she clearly corrected her error minutes after .the staff were rude, confrontational, and hostile.refusing to even apply the money to the weekend she actually wanted to reserve. Was a clean and comfortable room but, little things mean a lot, at least in our room. Was disappointed there was no microwave and the refrigerator, although worked was not able to regulate and food froze even when on the bottom part. The tub/shower was slippery as the tub grips were pretty worn off and there was no safety bar in the tub/shower.
