This past weekend myself and my boyfriends family stayed here. Wasn't the greatest experience we had. Once we got to the hotel we previously booked our room a week in advanced, and when we arrived, the front desk mentioned our suite was overbooked and that the room was not available. We had to book two separate rooms. Thankfully we weren't charged twice and was giving one of the rooms for free but definitely wasn't worth the amount I paid for the two nights. After a long hard day, Ron made us feel welcomed and comfortable. He was very personable and helpful. The room is clean. Rate was reasonable. But it's the top notch customer service and personal touch that is going to get me coming back.

Greeted at the front with happiness and joy was given great direction and informations made me feel welcomed the room was clean and smelled like lavender would stay 10/10 times

Este hotel es muy cómodo y agradable. Descansas tranquilo, sin ruidos. Habitaciones limpias; buen desayuno, en general si buscas pasar una gran noche es una excelente opción!
