All employees were very courteous and helpful. The overnight employee at the front desk on Friday night April 24th, was very patient with me when my bank was not letting my card work and helped me get rebooked for Saturday. My only complaints was that both USB ports in the wall on the "night stand" were broken significantly. I had to unplug the clock to charge my phone overnight. While the staff was helpful in securing adjoining rooms, my overall experience was marred by significant lapses in facility maintenance and service. The room was passable, but the bathroom needed a deep, professional scrub. The breakfast was the most egregious issue: a collection of frozen, grocery-store-quality items that did not meet any acceptable brand standard.
