Very noisy here. Many kids run and talk loudly in the hallway. And parents rude as well. No manner ,,, What's wrong?
Thank you for the upgrade to hot tubsuite. Breakfast was a full one, excellent options.
My family of 4 with 2 teens enjoyed out stay. Staff were really friendly, breakfast had a great selection for everyone, pool/slide was surprisingly well kept, well equipped gym and more importantly, rooms were very clean.
Stayed 4 nights and the AC/heating didn’t work the entire time. They promised to fix it on the first night, but nothing was ever repaired. The room was freezing in winter — spending New Year’s Eve cold and uncomfortable was unacceptable. I wouldn’t stay here again.
