I love this place, it's very beautiful
The experience was very good. Great value for money. Everything very clean. Internet went down a bit but overall I liked it very much. I'll be back again.
Very poor customer service. Very dirty establishment. Roaches, Bed Bugs. You practically have to beg for room service. Roaches and ants in their breakfast. Housekeeping steals peoples belongings. Be Careful with your belongings. Negative zero stars. Better off sleeping or lodging elsewhere.
I stayed on April 04 to April 6th 2025. It was the worst hotel I have ever experienced. Room had uneven flooring which causes tripping hazard. TV can only be switched on by remote but can not increase or decrease the volume by remote. No drinking water bottles provided in the room. Two tea bags and two cups in the room. Bathroom door was not able to close and latch. House keeping is on demand only not regular. Breakfast has very limited options. No eggs etc. Milk has smell and sour in taste. Better not to stay in this hotel.... read more
