The air conditioning wasn’t working. They didn’t even help me the first night. It’s like they didn’t even care. They finally gave me a room the next day Even though they had more available. The swimming pool had no towels left They were keeping over the container so myself another guest had to go to the gym to grab more towels. It’s like there’s nobody around in this hotel or even cares checking in was terrible. I had to ring the bell because nobody even came to the front must be watching TV or something.

I had my dog with me. I was using a back door to take her in and out. The first day was great. The second day my room card didn't work and I had to carry her cage (because i had to take it with me for where we were going that day) and manage her on a leash completely around the hotel to use the front door. The key was rectified quickly but I was already annoyed and sweaty. Therefore a 4 star for service.

All staff were very friendly and accommodating - especially the maintenance man. Customer service isn't dead! There were a lot of options for breakfast and the food was great. The hotel and pool area are very clean and well maintained. The pool area is spectacular! Rates were very reasonable - we got such great value!
