Person at reception is very deceptive and tried to trick us with prices and said it’s only business. Maybe that’s his understanding of business but does not know how honest business is conducted. He initially said there was only one room available and it was the suite but when we negotiated he gave us a different room and clearly gave up his position of saying only 1 rooms was available. Complete waste of time. Horrible
You are staying in a shelter, not a hotel. The shelter staff discriminates against Chinese people and waits until dawn every day to tell her that there are no beds. You should go to 311 to complain about this shelter. Is it a shelter or a hotel? If it is a shelter, you can ask for a refund.
The service was GREAT but there was bed bugs in the bed and the smell of the room wasn’t the great but the price of the hotel for a day is 100 dollars a night which is pretty good so overall the hotel was fine I guess but PLEASE clean the mattress, I got bit by bed bugs 😭
