The room is very clean & the breakfast is excellent

First of all, the room was not cleaned when we checked in. There are still leftover garbage in the room (i.e. half bottle coke, leftover foods from last stay). Secondly, they didn't clean the room properly or change towels during the stays. They also charged us a large costs after we left; only because the room was not clean when we left.... (i.e. towels are dirty (well of course, you didn't replace them during our stay), there are sands in the room (of course, why you think we go to Nanaimo)... Very old and dated hotel; lob... read more
very wholesome breakfast, rooms were spacious, warm reception.
Kelly saved us! We only booked one night but needed second night when all hotels were booked up. She got us our second night same price. Great value for what you pay.
