We arrived very late. But the staff was very friendly and checked us in quickly. The rooms were warm and cozy. The girl at breakfast was very welcoming and quickly restocked the buffet. Thank you!
Check-in was pleasant; the woman handling overnight reception was very friendly. The hotel, including the room, was dirty. The carpets clearly haven't been properly carpet cleaned in a long time, there were multiple hairs in the tub and around the toilet, and the toilet handle was literally failing off. The woman handling check-out had a default tone of condescension, as others have mentioned, and didn't apologize when I told her the toilet handle was failing off. everything was a bit out of date, some cleaning could definitely be in order, affordable tho
