We came for a banquet on the weekend and this hotel was packed with children. At 7 am kids were jumping or playing hockey in the room above us. It went on for 15 minutes before we called the front desk. They said they called the room above us but the noise really only dissipated for a couple minutes and then returned. When I went down to talk to the front desk, I got the impression that the woman thought this was normal and acceptable because it's daylight out. If you’re a hockey or dance parent that likes to get drunk with other parents in a room while your kids run around screaming and keeping everyone else up, this is the hotel for you. Sport parents. Do better. Stop pawning your kids off for your own benefit while other people have to deal with them. Hotel staff. Stand up for your other clients. We paid to sleep here and barely got any due to crappy parenting and no support from the staff.

Bathroom had hair in tub & opened soaps i didnt notice until the nxt morning. Day 2 housekeeping tried to enter even with the do not disturb left on door handle. I was never restocked when asked for on day 3. When i expressed i had no toilet paper or towels i was made to wait until 2 pm, many hours later. Spa tub was dirty & not hot. Sauna barely worked. Spa shower was NEVER cleaned (debris on floor) nor the spa tub (noticable dirt ring) in that 3 night stay duration & often no towels stocked in the spa area. The loungers th... read more

Best deal in MJ , beautiful hotel , great hot shower,very accommodating front desk staff,very good breakfast and friendly breakfast staff ,
